Devotions Blog wins Silver Laurel Media Award for Writing

My Dear Gardeners,

I am thrilled to let you know that my Devotions Blog was awarded the Silver Laurel Media Award in the 2025 GardenComm Media Awards program. Award winners were recognized recently at GardenComm’s Gather & Grow Mega Connect Meeting at Cultivate’25 with a special Awards & Honors Dinner. We celebrated in the event space at Mid-Ohio Farm, following an afternoon together touring gardens in downtown Columbus.

I am so grateful for this writing award highlighting the year-long pursuit of getting to know and grow the plants of the Bible and the treasures of horticulture hidden in Scripture. The Awards committee requested signature posts from the year’s writing, and I submitted:
